Red Carpet Car Wash Reviews

The wash itself is fine and my car comes out looking decent, but am I missing something with the pricing? It feels a little high for what you actually get. I’ll still stop by when my car really needs it, but it’s not somewhere I’d go out of my way to use regularly.

This place is always clean and well kept. You can tell they stay on top of it, for real.

My first impression when I saw my car after the wash was wow, it looked way cleaner than I expected. I brought it to Red Carpet Car Wash with a bunch of dust on it and some bird mess too, and they got it all off without me needing to say anything.
The outside had a nice shine, and the windows were clear with no weird streaks left behind. Based on that first visit, I was happy with the whole thing and I’d definitely go back again.

I noticed a small scratch after getting my car washed and my first reaction was to be irritated. I’ll admit, I wasn’t even totally sure if I was overreacting or blaming the wash too quickly, but I went ahead and filled out the form on Red Carpet Car Wash and brought the car back so they could take a look.

It took a couple days to hear back, which had me second-guessing whether anything would actually happen, but the manager did check the cameras and worked with me on a fix. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they didn’t brush me off or dodge the issue, and I appreciated that. I’d give them 4 stars...

Stopped by Red Carpet Car Wash last week and had a good experience. The guy up front walked me through the options without making it feel like a sales pitch, which I appreciated. My car looked clean when it was done, so no complaints there. It did take a little longer than I thought it would, but I left happy overall...

I don’t know, the inside just still looked dirty to me. There was dust pretty much everywhere, and the seats looked like they hadn’t really been touched. I was expecting it to feel more cleaned up, but... yeah, it just didn’t.

I stopped by for a wash the other day, or maybe it was earlier this week, I can’t remember, but the staff were great. Everyone was polite and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They walked me through the wash options without making me feel pressured, which I appreciated. It was quick and easy, and my car looked really good when it was done...

Billing was clear for me, no weird surprises or anything. The membership worked fine too, so overall it was a decent experince.

Stopped by on a Saturday and ngl, the line looked kinda long at first. But it actually moved way faster than I expected, and I was probably waiting like 10-15 mins before getting started.
The wash itself was quick too. Not instant or anything, but def not a hassle. I’d give it 5 stars if the line was a little shorter during busy times, but overall it was a solid experience.
